These are so simple and quick to make and an ideal healthy snack.

Raw Cacao Bites

 1 cup Walnuts
 1 cup Dates
 2 tbsp Raw Cacao
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

In a food processor, add walnuts and cocoa powder. Blend in short bursts until coarse.


Add vanilla essence and dates. Blend in short bursts until the mixture is sticky and clumpy.


Scoop about 1 large tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until you have about 10 balls.
