I know from experience that the best way for you to reach your health goals is by working with you on a 1:1 basis over a period of time. It takes time to create healthy habits and a new mindset around food. If you’re looking for ongoing support, I would love to work with you.
Before your initial consultation, I will ask you to complete a detailed health questionnaire which will include a three-day food diary. This is designed to provide me with a snapshot of your general health, your family health history, any symptoms, your exercise routine, lifestyle and personal health goals.
This is a chance for me to hear your story in greater detail. I will ask you lots of questions in order to build a clear picture of your current health. We will explore areas including your diet, your daily routine, your work and home life, your sleep habits, stress factors and your general sense of wellbeing. We will also define your personal health goals and set manageable targets.
I will then begin to identify key imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms. I will talk you through dietary factors that may be exacerbating symptoms, and nutritional and lifestyle changes that may help to alleviate these.
Together, we will devise a nutrition plan, which may also include incremental changes to your mealtime and bedtime schedules, exercise regime and daily routine. We will discuss how to implement these changes at the right pace for you, so that you can begin to form new lifelong habits.
Following our initial consultation, we will have several follow-up sessions (frequency dependant on which package you chose). Follow-up Consultations are an important chance to monitor your progress and keep you on track.
During each session we will address any challenges you have encountered along the way, and make adjustments to your nutrition plan to help you towards your health goals. My aim is to give you the motivation you may need to keep you on the path towards optimal health.

Email & telephone support in between sessions
One off consultation to review your current diet. This is perfect if you don’t have any underlying conditions but would like to know your diet is as optimal as possible for your health. This includes:-
Designed for you to follow as a group within with a facebook group. This will include support, inspiration and motivation in a dedicated Facebook group specifically created for this programme. I’ll be on-hand with information, inspiration and advice so that you can get the very best results from your programme.
